Thank you for choosing Adorned With Polish to serve all of your nail care needs! Before confirming your appointment, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies as listed below:
Service Hours & Days
We are available to serve your needs 7 days a week.
For individual services, full payment is required at the time of booking the appointment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover). For groups/parties with a Service Agreement, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Appointments are considered confirmed once payment is received. For more information, please see our FAQs Page.
Please be mindful that the manicurist(s) may have other client's scheduled after the appointment so it's important that she be able to start on time otherwise the service may have to be rushed/shortened and/or all services may not be able to be done in which case a refund will not be given. If the manicurist(s) has time and is held up due to waiting, interruptions and/or conditions with hands/feet, the client will be billed for the additional time at a rate of $21.25 at the start of each 15 minute interval unless a different rate is noted in the service agreement.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
Appointments made, changed or cancelled with less than 6 hours notice are non-refundable and will still be charged in full for all services requested. If there is a Service Agreement in place then the information there supersedes. If the client cannot be serviced for any reason or is not at the specified appointment location and/or we cannot reach them, we reserve the right to leave after 15 minutes and a refund will not be issued.
All fees, tolls and parking/valet expenses incurred while providing service to you will be charged to the credit card used to book the appointment upon completion.
Our standard service includes standard clipping and filing of fingernails and toenails. At this time, we do not work on ingrown toenails.
We always look to provide you with a professional English speaking; licensed manicurist. Our utensils are always sanitized to provide clients with a top rate experience. As a company, we do not tolerate indecent exposure, sexual harassment, flirting, violence and/or verbal abuse. If any of this takes place, we have the right to refuse or stop service at any point, a refund will not be issued and criminal charges may be filed if and when applicable.
Right to Refuse Service
For your safety and the safety of the manicurist(s), it is required that full disclosure is given at the time of booking your appointment regarding any medical issues and/or conditions you or your guests or the person you are booking on behalf of may have. This would include but not be limited to diabetes, open wounds, infectious diseases, thickened toenails, etc. If the person (people) receiving service is ill and/or anywhere on the hands, feet, arms and/or legs show signs of infection or fungus (click HERE for examples), let us know BEFORE scheduling the appointment. If we arrive and are unable to provide service for any of these reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service and a refund will not be issued.
Waiver of Liability/Clean Utensils
All services are completely optional and have been requested by the individual, agent of an individual or party host on behalf of his/her guests. Adorned With Polish makes every effort to ensure that clients are not subjected to any bacterial/fungal infections by using new files, buffers and foot files on each person in addition to disinfecting all non-disposable tools in hospital-grade disinfectant between each client. The Client releases Adorned With Polish of any and all liability as a direct or indirect result of services rendered.
