A Survey Building tool

A Graphing Tool

Activity:

Please follow the six (6) steps in order.

STEP 1:         

Now that your Digital Presentation is finished, share it with five people, including your teacher.

STEP 2:         

Using a digital survey tool, create a survey of at least six (6) questions relating to the impact your digital presentation had on them. Additionally, make sure one question allows your readers to write out their thoughts, and make sure at least two (2) of your questions are impacts related to the technology you used.

*For example, a person might be impacted by a certain image you used, or a graph you showed.

Some survey tools include: Google Forms and Survey Monkey

STEP3:         

Share the survey with the same five people and collect your results. Encourage them to take the survey immediately, so you are not waiting for days.

STEP 4:          

Compile the data into digital graphs. (Google will teach you if you do not know how)

STEP 5:        

Write a 2 paragraph reflection on what you learned from your survey results.

STEP 6:        

Submit your survey, the results, the graph, and your reflection writing assignments.
