Skyward - Message Center


Audience:  
Teachers
Goal:  Use Skyward’s Message Center to successfully post messages to the Family/Student Access Portal, and to send emails to students and guardians.

Short Description:

Step 1:  Click “Teacher Access” → “My Classes”

Step 2:  Select the class you want to message

Step 3:  Choose either “Add Message for Multiple Classes” or “Add Message for Current Class”

Step 4:  Fill out the message form, choose options, click “Save”

  1. To Send an Email To a Single Class
  1. Click "Teacher Access"
  2. Click "My Classes"
  3. Find the class that you want to send email to and click it
  4. Click "Add Message for Current Class"
  5. Complete the following:
  1. Compose the message
  2. Choose posting options, as desired.
  3. Choose emailing options, as desired.
  4. Choose the students you’d like to message and click “Save”.

  5. Complete the following:
