Q: First and foremost is it possible to brief your background/profile?

A: Yes, Br. Bhaskar Prasad is my name. My education qualification holds a diploma in electric engineering and diploma in performing arts. For about 20 to 22 years I have been working as an activist besides worked for rural development. Through “Jagruthi Trust” I have been working all types of work for social and economic and rural people development by conducting many programs. By conducting many programs through Jagruthi trust as of now for about 8000 to 10000 women have been engaged in self-employment and have overcome the difficulties in their financial backgrounds.

Besides this to get the attention of the government to almost each and every problem of common people of Karnataka I have conducted many movements through “Chalo” programs continuously. For example through “Udupi Chalo”program I worked as a lead person against Karnataka government to get the attention of the world towards food rights and land rights. Through many movements I have tried to raise the voice against government towards women assault, attack on women, small girl rape issue etc. I have an experience of about 20 to 22 years in these kinds of movements. Besides I did not work in any kind of administration fields but I opened “Ananya security and Services” Company by which for about 4000 people were employed. So when opening the company only I and my friend started to work. By the time the company reaching 4000 workers as an owner of that Company I had to look after from maintenance department to administration department, financial department and its transaction. I hold the experience of the whole work that should be undertaken for a department or an association. So I have a confident that I can do these kinds of social services obediently without any problems.

Q: So being a president of “Jaguthi trust” and conducting many rural developments and now you have been standing as a leader, MLA. Being an MLA can you please tell any of your 5 roles undertaken?

A: First of all people see the MLA as a leader which a wrong, by any chance MLA is not a servant or a leader, he is just a representative between government and the common people who tries to solve the common issues of the common people and the basic needs required by them by communicating with government and provide the facilities required by them. So being a MLA I don’t say that I will solve all the problems because I cannot solve alone, instead we all can solve together, this is my opinion.Whatever the problem you say we all should together solve then only it will get solved. So my first preference being an MLA is that for every ward there are different problems. So, different ward committee has to be established without any politics. Even though I am a politician by becoming a member in committee you should not use any kind of politics idea, instead there should a systematic plan to undertake a work by that committee members. Me being an MLA I own some powers which common people don’t. I can directly get some information from the government but common people should use RTI form or filling up some challans in order to get the desired information. So If I decide to eradicate the corruption I have the authority to employ the people to the appropriate corruption category. So being a representative my work is to get the rights, wishes requirements of the common people from the government and I have an opportunity to rectify or expose whether the funds release by the government is used properly or misused by the government officials. So my work as a government employee is to solve the problems of the common people by discussing the solution to the problems with them, taking suggestions from them, then we all together join and solve the issues and problems.

Q: You don’t live in Mahadevpura, you have worked elsewhere. Yes? So what activities have you created?

A: I am not a permanent resident of Mahadevpura but I was born and studied in Bengaluru now residing at Nelamangala. How a newly married woman feels and learns to understand and adapt to her new home similarly I have the same feeling that I became a son of Mahadevapura trying to learn solve the problems of Mahadevapura. I made a list of almost all the problems of Mahadevapura . Mainly the traffic problem. I have never seen such traffic problems in any part of the country; everyday people lose their strength by this traffic when they reach their homes. Secondly I have visited all the lakes here I notice that the condition of every lake I visited seems to be worst, I don’t have even a word to explain about it and the health issues by these lakes are unknown. I have visited each and every ward and road in Mahadevapura at midnight and I notice a crores of cockroaches spread everywhere the main road. This shows that how extent the drainage system is clean. I have observed that even one acre of land belonging to Mahadevapura has been looted by some of the MLA’s and I have seen the documents. When compared to 28 wards in Bengaluru Mahadevapura hold the place for dirty, huge traffic, water scarcity, weak electric wires and poles, no electricity if strong wind occurs, besides Mahadevapura is a mixture of both rural part and urban part with huge differences. I have observed all the differnces and problems from these parts, so I have a strong confidence that I am ready to work for Mahadevapura.

Q: Top five items?

A: My first and equal preference is that for two reasons, one is for the traffic and another is for the lake, so totally same and equal preference for both of them. One is that all the lake should be cleaned then automatically all the water problems will be solved and when the underground water level increases then automatically the borwell water shortage problems will be mainly solved. If we clear the traffic problem then our energy will be recovered automatically. If you observe whitefield area there are only three routes to enter in when compared to Malleshwaram, Jayanagara or Shanthinagara which has more routes to enter in, so where will be the traffic gets cleared? And there are no internal roads and no pathways then all will be on the pathway itself. So to clear the problem we have to increases the entry routes and also the pathways for the pedestrians. Secondly, government lands which are meant to development of parks, lakes and other social services places are looted, so as I get the power my next work is to reoccupy the government lands to lead to the construction of parks, lakes etc. Thirdly, water issues, what BWSSP thought that water is made available to those who have pipe connections, but we require water. By any means you give us the water and it is your duty. The major problem is that everyone uses water tankers to solve their water problem. To overcome this problem we have some plans to make the water usage sufficient. So to solve the water problem we have certain plans to eradicate the water problems by discussing in every ward committee group meeting.

 As this is a big area so what happens is that to Bangalore minimum 1000 people will come and situate from outside and in these for about 300 people will come to whitefieldand situate as a permanent resident according to my knowledge. The development here will be planned every 15 years once but if we plane for the people coming here we have to plan every for the area development. The work which has to be done for every year if done for every 15 years and “Panchavarshika Yojana” which is done for every five years then there is not use and it can’t be done that way. If the people in white field want to live a peaceful life and if they want to have the same peaceful life for another five years then every year we have to develop a plan and implementation with clarity of that plan is also very important. Then there are more number of women who are staying single and working in IT centre, apartment and other sectors at night maybe security for these women is a doubtful thing. So what we have planned to do is to implement as many CCTV camera’s all around the area and to take out the government lands which were looted by the people illegally generally meant for Public Park are the major works for me.

Q: Now, consider if you and government are separate i.e, AAP may come or may not then you being an AAP MLA and besides corporate is another party, how do you all together join and work?

A: At present situation I don’t think corporate can join us as there are many parties now. For me I got the MLA place my AAP, I don’t do any activities with it as it is a separate party and I don’t have that necessity too. My important aim is to solve the problems of the people situated here, to take suggestion and to talk to them with loyalty. I don’t say that I alone solve all the problems but we all together will try to solve all the problems. I don’t think that all the people might come, but it is okay that we have a ward committee so that we call all of them to discuss the problems and to find a solution to them by their cooperation. Every year Rs. 2,00,00,000 will be given as a development fund, leaving this alone another  Rs. 7,50,00,000 will be utilized in different packages. If we find the documents for the utilized money we won’t get any single one, everything has become pole and has gone by the means of commission. But to get that money there is a strict rule that every government should provided with packages for the development and each package has to get that much prescribed amount for that development. So I have an opportunity not to leave or waste this money in the terms of corruption, percentage commissions to the government employees then development is not a big matter. There might by any government but being a representative my work is to collect the project details of the required developments and demands with loyalty and to present it before the government and seek the appropriate help for my people, I have a hope and confidence that this work will be done by me at any cost.

Q: You were speaking about development earlier, by introducing which law by the legislation it would be helpful to this area development. Give us two or three points?

A: At present situation there is no requirement forthe new law, instead it is enough if the present laws are followed and implemented correctly and honestly. One SI, SP or DSP to visit this place they are bribed with the package money by the politicians and here they start corruption. I don’t have anything to do newly; all is to make sure that I don’t commit any kind of mistakes. I don’t expect anything from the officers instead he has to work honestly here that’s enough. If he did not give me anything then he has all the independence to work without any fear. So we have to make him the opportunity to do his duty honestly. Mainly the Thasildhar, health department officer and police department who come here should work honestly without any corruption, and then only that thaluk or that ward would develop. So this is my first preference. Next, what should rural development include means that the thaluk panchayat and the jilla panchayat should work correctly. Even if these panchayats are not under our control it’s not a problem but they have to do their duty correctly and honestly. There are number of honest characters there and we work to give them more opportunities. These are enough for the area development.

Q: You earlier said that every MLA will be given Rs. 2, 00, 00,000 as a fund. Being an MLA how would you utilize this amount?

A: As I said in gramapanchayat limit for everything there made a gramasabhe in which every common people made to join together and to seek opinions and to askt them in what ways the amount should be utilized so that it is helpful to all the people and can be decided according to the percentage of the opinions, we have to follow the same system. We have sit with people and talk with because this is people’s money and my personal MLA’s amount, so we have sit with people and discuss the utilization of their money by analysing the highest opinion and to start that particular work. I should not take any decisions because people are giving money, this is their money so according to them I have to follow and work.

Q: You give more importance to ward committee?

A: Yes, I highly give more importance. I like to work within the people, live with people and to with people.

Q: You said one word that you would give more interest where there is corruption and to stop it. Now there are contracts, SBM, constructing roads and there are more works to be done. How do you control them from corruption?

A: From Mahadevapura field approximately more revenue is utilized i.e, for every year for about one thousand six hundred crores are spent towards garbage clearance for all 28 ward in Bangalore. For Mahadevepura field about 37 to 48 crores of money are utilized to clear the garbage and these all are polling, all these are not utilized properly because all the garbage all around Bangalore are dumped at Mahadevapura that means according their view Mahadevapura constituency is some other foreign country not ours, so they thought to dump all the garbage here. To clear our problems in our area if we would have create some facilities then there is no problem for and I should take off that demand. Stopping the dumping of the garbage from there to here should be stopped and that work shall be undertaken by me. Please repeat your question sir? I forgot it.

Q: How do you tackle the corruption?

A: I said no how to tackle, now the contract system the revenue what is going out while returned back by the government as a development fund for about 40 % fund is looted in the name of commission. 40% commission given by the contractor would brought loan somewhere for his work, so to take profit he himself takes 20%. People are getting only 40% on the work in that some amount in the name of sub contract again 20% is gone. At last only 5% to 10% will be reaching us. As I said earlier what 37 to 38 crores given to Mahadevapura if given to me for the development, I would polish the roads to that extent I would have done it. I have that idea and also there is also a possibility too but it is not working that way. We should not take through the commission agents, however through Edent process every contract is taken. After taking it, the person who puts the capital can expect some small commission that is how business works and that is not a problem, but assuming to give commission to MLA, MP one should not construct roads by making problems to people. We don’t have any necessity and we don’t require too, the work carrying out by them if they do it correctly and honestly we should give them the opportunities that it, without giving opportunities we should not blame them. If we give them opportunity they do their work correctly and promptly. Then observation, if we spend at least one hour with them by observing what work they are doing then they will come know that and they have fear, so they obviously work correctly and promptly and we can stop it that way.

Q: So I was just to ask the question on this, when corruption is to be addressed one of most important thing is transparency. How will you ensure that if it is a100 crore project for the road, where is the 100 crore going how will the public be able to have the insight in to these kind of financial transactions because we are all aware of your 100% coming down to 10% and 20% on the road/ground. So exactly how will you bring the transparency?

A: I’ll tell you, as I said earlier being an MLA amongst people every decision should be collected and taken through people and to work accordingly with it.This is the first step to stop the corruption, when we won’t mingle with people and decide to do all the work by my alone that means all the business that I do would not be disclosed to the people. Now if I gather people with me and taking a group decision for any contract or any other work maybe from small work to a big keeping people’s decision to opt to work accordingly then I cannot make a way to corruption. So by giving work to appropriate employee according to people’s choice then the matter of coming down from 100% to 10% to 20% process can be broken. My work should be known by the people so the matter of transparency will be erased and this is my opinion.

Q: Can I ask you a question. In solid waste management there are two types of principles, on is decentralised waste management that means whatever garbage generated in the ward, the ward itself has to process it right? Theanother principle is centralised waste management, that is taking from the ward and put it in central location there the processing must take place. So some of the technologies used are to waste the energy that means takin garbage and burning it from which we get the energy. So in your opinion which principle or which model to waste management would you prefer?

A: So waste management problem should be possibly cleared in our area itself. Beside area people is also our people and the area is also our area too. Instead of dumping garbage to other area we should think of clearing it in our area itself and think how to recycle it by means of techniques known to us. All the technology and facilities and known and available to us. I don’t blindly go and say that all the waste problems will be cleared by me. I will tell how much I know and I try learn from you what all are not known to me. So if we both and our opinions joined together we can decide to clear a small problem, that may be waste management, water management, current management or road issue any issue it might be. So totally every on in the group can give the opinions and based on that we can work accordingly.

Q:Some problems are specific to Mahadevapura like Varthur Lake is an example. Now we have had a situation where the MLA has been BJP and so is the centre and this large lake does get the support from centre. Now even he was you known when we citizens were able to bring Mr. Prakash Javadikarenvironment minister over here despite being same party, MLA, centre no progress was able to be made on the lake. How has a new person with no presence in this region for AAP and no presence really for centre how will you be able to be effective on a big issue like a Varthur Lake.

A: To eradicate the problem of lake it need not be Central government or its fund. Minor irrigation department even it has the department to eradicate the lake issues. Even from the state government for these kind of water lake development thousands of crores are utilized. Almost 60 thousand crores in this five year Karnataka government has utilized for neeravari, all mixed neeravaries. And there mainly what we have to do is that besides development of the lake we should take the precautions on how not to pollute the lake. We have observe from where the dirty water is coming, from which industry that poisonous water is flowing, so we have find the ways to stop it. For this we don’t require central government, to stop the poisonous water coming from the local factory we don’t require central government permission I don’t need there requirement. So if we stop everything in one to two years of rain the poison here will reduce by some amount resulting in some problems solved. Then what the weeds grew on the top of the lake where even we cannot keep our leg can be removed by the funds given to the neeravari department, irrigation department along with our part in it which is not a big problem. Just 5 to 6 days back in the same lake itself there burned fire automatically this shows that how poisonous the water and to automatically get fired what chemicals might be present in it. Fire on water is miracle in this world. And how will the people living nearby the lake by the smell, mosquito problems from the lake water, I can’t even imagine. For about 10 years Aravind Limbavali has been the MLA here, basically he is not from the local he is from North Karnataka, Bagalakote. There is a lot difference between Bagalakote and Bangalore and he failed to understand the problems. So basically I was born and grew in Bangalore, I am not saying that I know all if I born here. But here only one DC might transfer from one department to another or thaluk at the first day itself he starts he works right!Without any obstacles. So if I have a proper mind set and aim them I can do my work correctly. So as I said both traffic and lake issues are my first preferences I definitely start the work the day I get the opportunity.

Q: We come to know that you are the editor of your party. How will you combine and work with the politics. I will give you one example: So some days back we met Pruthvi Reddy and told us that it is okay if you get back your tax amount, it was a marvellous statement. What is your opinion?

A: In Bangalore amongst 28 wards the highest tax payers are from Mahadevapura area. We are giving more tax, but if we check whether we are getting back that tax amount how much we paid even 25% to 30% amount are getting back to us, even if come it goes to corruption and not used to anything. Now a days we have to close our nose and walk to that extent we have a situation. So what Pruthivi said was correct but along with this we should also get the amount from the package released bythe central government. If we work for 24 hours for our area automatically the things will happen , even if any officer or CM of any party they don’t have any kind of vengeance on us. If we gain love and loyalty with everybody then no matter with any of the party. If we kindly show them our problems and solution they will definitely help us, if not there are laws, media, people to solve the problem and for the development of this area.

Q:You from your service, now you have joined AAP. Against your party you doing some work and disagreement that question them that it is not right? What is your opinion?

A: In a house there will be 8-10 children, father, mother, granny and there will be others too. Expecting different opinions is common. It is not a house if everyone doesn’t give different opinions, somewhat someone giving the order which seems like dictatorship. So there must be different opinions given by the kind member of the family but, from our party mainly based on some of our principles we should not do politics concerned with cast and religion and we don’t have a necessity of it. In some situation matters related to development either the party have different opinions which are not accepted by the people or the opinions of the people are not accepted by the party, so in this situation we have to together sit and talk on how to solve the problems. One cannot leave the house if his father did not agree for his opinions or one cannot leave a newly married wife, for everything they said one word. If we sit and talk the issues between India and Pakistan then it will be solved, in this case can’t the problems of Mahadevapura be solve between me and the party. In this democratic system APP has a hope in group discussions accordingly we can solve the problems 100%.

Q: Now I have two points, one is that everybody says to create a party but our local says that it should not be created which is not fare to us. How do you accept?

A: As I said difference level may be low or high, anything may come we should sit and do talks then we can come to one finalized decision from the discussion between people and the party like how the party and ward both should together discuss finally coming to one decision, similarly 10 to 20 years of some case in the court has to come to one judgement finally. This kind of work should happen here and it will happen, when it happens party and people who both agree on one final decision not me everyone should do, we shall all do it.

Q: After you becoming an MLA, what you have decided to do in the beginning of three months.

A: In the beginning of three months I will repeat again, as I said earlier my first preference is to solve the traffic, lake, looted land problems then here schools and health centres in Mahadevapura besides 7 lakhs population only one government hospital is seen and that condition cannot be seen and to which extent this is I will give you one example, Delhi made AAP government in every village medical stores are opened with every 1000 metres distance along with it they have opened hospital and medical branches. If this is available what the consultation fee we give if we go to the hospital is about 700, 800 or 1000 which will be solved and saved. So we have to do these kind of work, related to health, water related problems, current related problems, traffic related problems, lake and illegally occupied lands all these are my first preferences. Next preference is that any kind of corruption done earlier by the when stepping into these field has to follow all government rules and regulations coming here whether it is police department, revenue department, health department or sub-registrar department where mostly corruption takes place. I will try to brink honest officers in all the fields this is my work and I will definitely do it.

Q: You have said about Delhi but now from government of India they are making easy available of the medicines. Have you aware of it? If your party comes and they bring that facility here how would it be?

A: Exactly, we have to follow anybody who makes good things and deny who makes bad.

Q: According to you how the restructuring of BBPM should be done?

A: BBMP restructuring what, this is my personal opinion not of my party. What I feel is that BBPM has grown huge as 200 wards under one administration, long back there was a plan that it should be divided into 4 parts. In that 4 parts revenues where each revenue would get from that parts revenue for every 50 wards if anything happens like BBMP then development wold be nice. So it is good if that happens this is my personal opinion but I don’t know the technical issues in these, we talk about it later. This is not a party opinion, it is good if this happens. BBMP officers after 2 PM in the after if you go they will nicely ate and they would have slept, there chair will be empty we have to go and wake them up. I am not blaming any officers but telling a fact, we have to concentrate towards these small problems. Then the work done by one VA and the information pulled out by him this government this is the work that the work should be reach to highest level. So how the VA should work is that he gets only 4-5 roads of one small area, if we keep that VA in an active state and if we keep the revenue department under active without expecting for some commission, now if my birthday comes and I don’t order officers to put 1000 flex and 1000 banners then they will work honestly and promptly. We have to allow them, without allowing we should not blame them. We should allow them to work and tell them to work for the people, we both don’t have any relationship but only legal relationship related to government without keeping any personal relationship we can definitely work 100%. Then my personal thing is that without expecting any bribe we should work, that situation has never occurred to me and will never come. Now here if I get the chance what I said all these time and that kind officers, we will announce the public audit on the money utilized every year. I will this much of work.

Q: One question Sir, it is wonderful that this is a reserved constituency and the hope is that people were not had a chance to come up you know through such reservation you will be able to do work so that all of them can come up. We see that in your own profile you have been part of many groups, “Karnataka dhalitha sangatanegala koota” then “Baba Saheb Service fore”, “Akhila Karnataka yuva kannadigara vedhike” like that you have been part of many groups. Why so many groups and your idea of improvement through formation of such are they activist groups or what kind of group are they and how does it correlate to what you will do over here for people to all get equal opportunity?

A: The question what you have asked now relates to my movements which started for about 20-22 years. As I entered into the politics my name in that movements are not there and will not be there. One man has to take one responsibility and he has to work as a full time worker completely for that responsibility then only you will get peace and we can reach our goal. Here I will be a MLA in some other area I will be a leader and work in some part of the other fields then it is similar to standing on different boats at the same time. So as I entered into Politics I only gain the love of the other departments and movements not a place in that. My responsibility is this much only that winning or losing is another talk, but once stepping into this field if I win or lose I have to always continuously held me in every work of the field. Secondly this field had become reservation field 10 years back itself that too when bifurcation happened at that time. Before independence it was not a revered field but people field but reserved field is only MLA’s field then including with this Jilla Panchayat field, Grama Panchayat field, Thaluk Panchayat field and BBMP fields all these are reserved with some percentage as per the rules remaining all are general field. According to Indian Constituency there are opportunities for every fields and department persons, if they get the opportunities they have to utilize it in a proper way and have to work promptly and the responsibility is of people’s. I don’t know whether I have to tell this or not but I will tell the truth it will be wrong if I don’t tell it. Now a vote is purchase for 500, 1000 and 5000, probably the next time the votes will be bided. For five years instead of begging the votes as a beggar give me a chance and see every year now you have given me the opportunity to work and you are voting. Every year I will have same equality for both poor family and a rich family so ever year for about 2 to 2.5 lakhs are saved by those families. How in the sense for a good school you have to spent about 5000 to 6000 including fee, van and other extracurricular activity charges but you can observe that in Delhi they made 27 government schools in those 27 schools there will be computer labs, swimming pools and the teachers are trained up in different parts of the country and they come here and train the students so that lots of amount is saved. Then now in a hospital for a single consultancy is about 500 to 600 and thousands of rupees for the medicines instead we should avail the government facilities and we plan to stop the misuse of those medicines and facilities and if we opt a good doctor from the government why should we go and spend thousands of rupees of money on consultancy, so we save 5000 to 6000 which are utilized towards health issues. Mahadevapuras situation today is that one cannot live without getting water tankers, but with BWSSP by means of fighting, loving or by any other way if we get the water then 5000 to 6000 is saved on water charges, for one month it will 20 to 25 thousand of money you calculate this for 5 years. You have given me the votes and I am not spending my money, what you have given is spent on the development work. I have saved the money on your spending, I did not do anything more.

Q: Politicians work separately, another side people create group based on cast creed or whatever it is and they confess the government by creating groups and protests.  Based on your profile you were a leader for similar groups, your profile sows that you made an activists, what is your opinions on it?

A: I said this earlier and I will repeat it now. The protest or the group in which I participated was not related to my personal thing but for the public. When the government fail to fulfil the requirements of the people we stand for the people and forcefully ask the government. 10 Lakh poor families from all over Karnataka of different caste in Bhagakumsavali  by holding form No 50 and 53 they are asking and waiting for one acre of land or half acre of land for their survival. Till now even one acre of land is not given to them but big industrialist and other sectors holds hundreds of acres of lands and to get back the land nobody went to government. So we fought for the requirement of land and these are the examples, then restricting what to eat and what not to eat by some one cannot be accepted so for this we made a strike. Women harassment, rapes and tortures has been seen but the government is sitting simply which makes our stomach burn. This reminds our children in our homes, we get scared about them whether they come to home safely from school. These are the matte of their security. Through these we demand government to look after these kinds of horrible activities, if possible please stop it or else just move out from here. Who are eligible they will come and save our children. Then in “kannada para Sangatane” I was made a president due to my honestly and hardwork besides it was not my movement. When I was free I would go there and give them some suggestions and I helped them to get them the jobs.  I did not work or join them for any of my personal intentions or regarding any kind of caste and creed, instead I worked for the public, people, children and workers. In future too I will work for them through my post, rights and power received from the constitution besides any of the individual groups or movements or trusts. So to join politics and work for people I left trust and when I was in the trust I did not use any kind of politics.

Q: Sir one question. As earlier said by you about the tremendous infrastructure development of the 26 schools and health care centres in Delhi, if you want to replicate that in Mahadevapura constituency you have a set of experts that you will be consulting with this AAP party already have a set experts to replicate what has happened in Delhi?

A: Absolutely yes. Totally at present in Bangalore what all developments to be done, to make the people live peacefully what should be done, to stop and control rowdy some what should be done, what should be done to stop land scandals and here how man has a freedom to roam freely anywhere and anytime without any restriction and fear same has to happen to women also to that extent we have to control and bring the Law. Now from this election the government releases one manifest which is for entire Karnataka, that system is not there these types of matters are made to think and from its decision for every field and for every ward we are providing different manifest. Why it is possible for us to keep different manifest is that because we observe every field, we plan to understand every field besides we went to each road and area and taking photos and videos of it and discussing it with our expertise. We have asked them the idea on how to solve the problems regarding lakes, water, current, drainage system. So on how to solve the problems in our area there are separate manifest, in Bangalore there are 28 wards and for that 28 wards there are 28 manifests. In Karnataka Bangalore manifest will not be applicable to Gulbarga and vice versa. So by these experts we are creating different manifest for different areas.

A: There are experts in our party, experts who work for the favour of the party and experts who just work for the development of Bangalore and all of them are giving a good suggestion and we are taking it and implementing it.

Q: You have said till here that if you win, became an MLA I will do this and that if I was provided the pride. God forbid we wish you good luck, if you lose then what will you do?

A: No, I don’t need, MLA is an opportunity to do the work. If I were to become a people’s representative then they have to choose me instead it is not to forcefully fight against you for this place. I am your representative and it should be your choice that I should talk to the government for you, if that has not happened I did not work correctly or there might be some fault in me like that I might have to think. So I have to think that I did not do the work correctly and in coming days it should be corrected that is not for becoming an MLA, I have come to this field by participating in many fields I have come to politics. So I think that is my opportunity to serve the people, there is no talk if I lose and for another five years I would not be there in Mahadevapura! Every day I will be there in Mahadevapura and I will be there in the middle of every problem amongst people and this is my promise.

Q: You said that you have studied about the wards, if the group present here creates a separate ward we will give you the chart afterwards that will be mostly helpful to you. Almost all the work has been done by them all you have to do is to add salt, pepper and spices to it and fry. Now last question, if you become an MLA what will you do to the previous MLA? Will you scold them or you find out the mistakes in their work and try to solve it?

A: Sir, if I scold the previous MLA and come among people I only make the way to notify my weakness to people instead I cannot tell what I am going to do. So if the previous MLA made any mistakes it might be land scandals or looted for any contracts I will forgive them because to forgive them I am not anything, the people trusted me and gave a vote, and cannot close my eyes considering that this thing has happened long back. I don’t take up their names I won’t talk about them it might be anybody and I will try to solve that problem according to the rules and laws of the government and I will bring it the notice of the government and I will try to recover the looted land from them which is my priority it might be anybody, anybody might involve in it I will do that at any cost. There is no necessity to scold anybody or take up their names from that our time will be wasted besides you have given me the opportunity to do the work and if scratch my head for all of these I will show the way to my weakness, I will do my work and show and I will not scold anybody I won’t spare anybody who did the mistake because if you support me in my work why should be scared of somebody why should I hide the mistake problems made by somebody I don’t have any relationship with them and I don’t have the necessity. So I don’t want the situation of keeping the relation with the corruptor.

Q: Sir one more question for you, last question. Just wanted now the specific Mahavahevapura constituency has 8 wards is there any specific change that you want to make because you have said roads and water. Specifically now schools, you have seen the government schools in our constituency  specifically have you said that okay in every ward there should be a lower government schools, primary government or higher government schools like that have you decide on anything specifically?

A: As earlier said by me, every ward gathering there should be ward committee. So for each ward the requirements should be decided by that ward committee members together. There is a possibility that one ward problem will not relate to another ward and I cannot decided which program should be carried out by which wards because if I take the decision making power then I will be separated from you. So for every month in every ward I will make sure that there will be meeting held. If I get the opportunity, then the first day itself I don’t go on a tour and enjoy and come. The first day itself I will start making ward committees that day. Next, within one week of getting the opportunity what all the problems and development matters related to this ward I shall tell them to prepare and give the list, then I will sit with that committee and we will work out. My responsibility is to carry out the work which were discussed by the committee members.

Q: Just one question about the ward committee is that already the ward committee had been created and most of the ward committees are party group.

A: Ward committee has been formed and to decide whether it should be there or it should not be there is left to ward members. Tomorrow we will sit and tell as a committee formation, if all the committee members agrees that the existing committee is okay and there is not requirement of the new committee formation then we will happily continue with it. As you said if the some party members present then we cannot do anything by keeping this party. Now what I am saying, our intentions, our ways and our goals that kind of people should come to that ward, if that kind of people present then okay else we will join that kind of people and start working.
