1- Accepting Delivery orders:

To start accepting delivery orders, make sure to set your status to "Go Online" in the Ezyee Driver app. Very Important: As you wish to stop receiving orders, change your status to "Go Offline."

Please note that simply closing the Ezyee Driver app does not prevent receiving new orders

You must set your status to "Offline" to stop receiving orders.

2- Select Zone

Before you start receiving orders, please choose your preferred zone. Select a zone to get started and receive orders from your desired delivery location. (Merchant delivery zones default 5 km)

3- Sometimes i do not receive notifications or SMS

Ezyee Driver app:

1. In Android settings search "Optimize battery usage"

2. At the top, change the view to All apps

3. UNCHECK Ezyee Driver app

4- Getting Directions

Touch the Yellow Arrow on the Map to get directions

5- WhatApp Messenger

Restaurants can send you “New order” message (optional).

Please Add restaurants to your WhatsApp contacts.

New order notifications have a chance to fail sometimes. So watch for Whatsapp messages!
