Mandatory Dates

You must be able to come to these events.

  • Individual interview: February 23rd 10am-6pm
  • First meeting: April 1st, 8pm-10pm
  • Second meeting: April 8th, 8pm-10pm
  • Third meeting: April 13th, 8pm-10pm
  • Fourth meeting: TBD
  • Spring Retreat: April 18th  
  • Summer Retreat: August 14-15, 9:00 am- 4pm
  • All sorority informational meeting (recommended): TBD Tentative
  • PNM Orientation: August 26th or 27th (be available both days just in case)
  • Formal Recruitment: August 28th-August 30th(TBD)

Expectations and Agreement

I understand the responsibilities that come with serving as a Recruitment Counselor for Fall 2020 and the time commitment it entails. I also understand and meet the requirements to be a Recruitment Counselor, If chosen, I agree to:

  • Attend all training sessions, tabling sessions and other public relations activities
  • Both retreats are MANDATORY, all other trainings you miss you have to make up with me personally
  • Disaffiliate from my sorority by August 1st 2020 .
  • Have no contact with active or alumnae members of my sorority during Fall 2020 recruitment period
  • Always make decisions in the best interest of the PNM.

By completing and signing this form, you are giving permission to have the Coordinator for Fraternity and Sorority Life to check your GPA. A 2.5 cumulative GPA is required for women to be Recruitment Counselor. You also understand that a 2.5 cumulative GPA is required for Fall 2019 (in order to interview) and Spring 2020 (in order to keep your position) or you will be removed from your position. You also understand that by signing this contract you can be removed from your position for any conduct unbecoming of a sorority woman as deemed by the Vice President of Recruitment Counselors, the Vice President of Recruitment, and the College Panhellenic President or Fraternity and Sorority Life staff.
