The Trunk Box is housed under the seat and between the seat rails. It’s the main storage on the Burgman 650.
To remove it a good deal of tupperware must first be removed.
Some of the retaiing screws / hardware is removed in the Seat Rail step. Step | Description | 1. | Remove the following:  Seat
 Pillion Handle Bars
 Frame Cover Left
 Frame Cover Right
 Rear Fender
 Floor Board
 Rear Frame Brace
| 2. | Remove the Trunk Light Seat Switch
- Remove the two screws using a #2 Phillips screw driver
| 3. | Remove the Seat Lock
- Remove the seat lock hex bolts using a 5mm hex socket / key
| 4. | Remove the Trunk Box screws
- Remove the two trunk box screws with a philipps #2 screw driver
- Don’t forget to catch the square screw brackets inside the trunk

5. | Remove the Muffler Bracket  Muffler Bracket

6. | Remove the Seat Rail  Seat Rail
| 7. | Remove the 8 mm trunk box bolts   
| 8. | Remove the Trunk Box
