- Field house is more likely to get going versus a res hall
- Res hall less likely to be built because of polices in Madison

- Jacob Sparks (OTM NRHH)
- Acronym stands for “Of the Month”
- OTM’s are used to recognize great leadership on UW-L
- Creating an account is easy, just go to www.otm.org and you put in your information
- You can submit OTM’s for a number of categories
- They are always due the 3rd of the month @ 11:59pm (for example, Oct 3rd for Sept)
- Email Jacob Sparks with questions: www.sparks.jaco@uwlax.edu
- When writing OTM’s, make sure the event/person you are writing about did something that month

- The Buzz: UW-La Crosse (App)
- This is in replacement of the paper version of campus newspapers
- Survey will be taken at mid semester to evaluate the reception of the app with the students
- Looking for a brand ambassador

- On October 29th, meeting will be held
- Motion to write two OTM’s per RHAC member per semester
Vice President of Administration and Operations (Sarah Rademacher)
- Reminder to respect privacy
- Sign up sheet went around for reps to assist in games
- Expected to stay about an hour into the event
Vice President of University Affairs (Erynn Hoff)
- University committee undate
- Everyone is signed up for a committee but a spot is still open in Students for Sustainability
Secretary (Nicole Shaffer)
- Please remember to send me your meeting minutes by 1pm on Friday
- Also be aware of formatting your minutes!
- Remember to email me with your question if you are having problems reading the minutes!
Treasurer (Stephanie Drefahl)
- No fund requests, amount still at $5,500 for program aid and $1,000 for sig funding
- Grub tubes
- Upcoming event, dates and times are undecided but Stephanie will keep everyone updated when decisions regarding the event are made.
National Communications Coordinator (Mandy Fabry)
- Application due Saturday (10/3) at 10pm
Senators (Madi Bentdahl and Pat Brever)
- Scholarship Resource Center
- Happening in the spring!
- Survey will be sent out asking for student imput regarding classes and professors
- The $64,000 question continued
- Motion has been tabled, will be discussed next week
- Consensus from the halls is in favor
- Motion to have RHAC sponsor the resolution for recommending shared governance
