1. Zero out theIn each cup place 250 milliliters of distilled water
2. Add .1 grams of yeast to each cup. C

4. Into each of the next cups place the 250ml of water and 20 grams of solute.
5. Stir all cups
6. Wait 24 hours.
7. Swirl cup A, and pull out some solution with a pipette.
8. Add one drop of solution to slide and place cover slip on top.
9. Under high power count the total number of yeast cells seen in one full field of view.
10. Discard slide’s solution and place a new drop on the slide, and complete step #9 again.
11. Do this one more time.
12. Complete 7-11 for the rest of the cups.
