Why owl can turn his head all the way around

Owl was the the fastest flyer.He bragged so much that no one liked him.. Every time owl regurgitated the skin and bones  would land in mouse burrow. Mouse got sick of it. Owl challenge Mouse to a race they talk off owl was to busy laughing at mouse suddenly he hit a tree he went to regurgitate and his neck bone instead..After that owl never bragged again then mouse started to brag that he won the race even thow owl bragged he learned his lesen not to brag. So owl tolled him it is not good to brag mouse did not listen. Mouse learned his lesson too. They both learned not to brag ever again.
