Make a list of companies where you want to work. Go to their career portals and find HR contacts or hiring managers. You can also reach out to founders and co-founders of small startups for jobs using cold emails!

Though it doesn't guarantee you for the job, it increases the chance that your application will be seen by a recruiter or hiring manager. Referrals from the employees show your talents for a specific position to potential employers. Current employees can vouch for you and your talents and it’s a golden ticket of job seeking. While jobs are often sought after to gain experience, any relevant experience you have, such as part-time jobs, volunteer work, or extracurricular activities, can be valuable.
