IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE AWARDS:
All monoi’i kits, pareos, or any other prizes or awards mentioned above will be presented during official meetings in Guadalajara (Mexico), Tahiti (French Polynesia), Paris (France), or Toronto (Canada) during 2026 or at related events, excluding shipping costs for any prizes. All prizes, including cash prizes (if any), will be delivered at a later date, depending on the dates when a representative of Te 'Ori Ora is in any of the cities mentioned above.
To receive a flight to Tahiti and a pass to the Ori Tahiti World Championship, participants must be between 18 and 35 years of age on November 20, 2026. Flights are non-exchangeable and non-transferable, meaning only the winner may use them, and they are only valid for NOVEMBER 2026 to participate in international events in Tahiti, specifically the Ori Tahiti World Championship. It is not possible to change the destination or flight route; only round-trip flights from San Francisco to Tahiti are available. The winner is responsible for paying any additional expenses that may be necessary (additional flights, accommodation, taxes, life and travel insurance, meals, etc.). Flight availability and all considerations directly related to the flight are entirely dependent on the airline. French Bee and Te 'Ori Ora assume no responsibility for airline changes or regulations. Flight arrangements are made directly with the airline, and it is the winner's responsibility to submit their dates and documents on time to the email address that will be provided upon winning. Flights are “basic round-trip tickets”: round-trip flights in the BASIC category. If a participant wins a flight as a prize and does not use it (for any reason), may continue to participate in future editions of Te 'Ori Ora, but will no longer be eligible to win any flights offered as prizes. The flight winner MUST have a valid visa, ESTA, ETA, or other official document allowing them to travel/transit through the United States of America in November 2026 at the time of winning. If they are unable to provide this, the prize will be awarded to the runner-up in the category and, if they also do not have it, it will go to the third-place finisher. If none of the above have the required documents, the organization will reserve the flight for another purpose. This prize does not include participation in the Ori Tahiti Nui Competitions, the Hura Tapairu, the Conservatory's international course, or any other event or course.
As this is a sponsorship, visibility of the prize is required, so the winner agrees to become an ambassador for French Bee Airlines and Te 'Ori Ora and undertakes to tag and mention both (@teoriora_competition and @flyfrenchbee) on their social media accounts before, during, and after their trip as proof of delivery of the prize and to promote the brands to the international 'ori tahiti community, and must comply with the organization's instructions regarding hashtags, mentions, and sponsor visibility so that we can continue to create these types of prizes and opportunities in the future. The social media visibility conditions will be sent to the winner in a document by email, which must be signed before the plane ticket is issued. If the winner does not comply with the social media visibility requirements established by the organization and sponsors, they will lose their right to receive the flight and OTWC pass. The participant may continue to participate in future editions of Te 'Ori Ora, but will no longer be eligible to win flights or OTWC passes as prizes.
Any matter not covered in this document will be dealt with by the organizing committee and the jury, who have full authority to decide how to proceed at that time.
The information contained in this document is constantly updated. Please help us keep you informed about this document, as there may be changes without prior notice.
