When: Wednesday November 16, 5:45-7:15 p.m. (IN THE POOL!)

Goal: Gain and Share Knowledge, Learning, Fine-Tuning Your Craft!
Objective: You will all sign up to present a bass fishing technique to the team (3-5 min). We will go through the most common and effective bass fishing techniques to use year-round-as a team driven seminar.

Notes:First year anglers can work with a partner. Look at the sign-up and demo slides I provided.  Bring ine bait!

 Need help?  Stop by after school!

Your JOB for Seminar: Build out your fact sheet (to help you learn/present) and DEMO in the pool that night!

*All “Off-season” events are purposely placed after 5:30 so all multi-sport athletes may attend.

2021-22 Apparel Order Brainstorming

My Goals: Still offer consistent jersey, rotate hoodies yearly and offer 1 headwear option a year
Jersey: Anyone can order. If you anticipate being a tournament angler at some point you will need one.
-Custom Sublimated (Real) Fishing Jersey with first and last name.

Hoodie: Vote simple design as in past couple years or logo? Will do UA again if in stock.
Headwear Option: Vote: Beanie or trucker cap?
Will put order form out when UA gets hoodies back in stock but definitely have in hand before Spring Season.

"South Showdown" Tourney- Overview (Fun, Low-key shore tourney!-Compete/Have Fun!)
What:“South Showdown” (Hinsdale South vs. Downers South) fishing tournament.
Who: Members of the participating school’s fishing teams, alumni of the programs, parents of these student anglers/
alum are all welcome to come out and fish.
How: Catch/Photo/Measure(Length)/Release Tournament.  No weigh-in(s).
Date: October 8, 2018                Time: 2:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m.                Where: Whalon Lake
