[1] Gwladys Frances Hanbury-Williams’ father was Major-General Sir John Hanbury-Williams (1859-1946). During the First World War, he was head of the British military mission with the Russian Stavka. In 1935, de László made two drawings of Hanbury-Williams [5560] [8301].
