Activity 6.2: Timeline Project - The End of an Era (for Now!)

Over the course of this year you have studied American History before 1800 and learned what an era is and also how to read and interpret timelines. In this activity you will create your own timeline and choose events to select to add to it.

  1. Choose an era from this year that you have found to be most interesting or you have learned the most about.
  2. Why did you choose this era?
  3. Select at least 3 events to add to your timeline. Describe each event and explain why you choose each event and explain how they related to each other.
  4. Create your timeline using one of the digital timelines below.

When you are finished, save your file and then upload the file in Moodle. Click on "Choose File" and browse to your assignment. Next click on "Upload this file".
