Due to the many and unpredictable risks to the Church facilities, facility use is a closely controlled privilege that may be rescinded at any time by the Church’s leadership team.

We require that you review the  Memorial Lutheran Church Facilities and Properties Use: Requirements, Procedures and Guidelines

before completing the Application: Lease or Rent Memorial Lutheran Church Properties

Submit a request 60+ days in advance of the activity by completing the Application: Lease or Rent Memorial Lutheran Church Properties and mail or deliver the application to the Church Office, 2602 E. 28th Street Vancouver WA 98661.

The Facilities Coordinator will review the Application to determine if the request fits the Church criteria for use of the facility.
