Dear Choi Creative Lab,

We hope this email finds you well. We are writing as fans of H1-KEY, and their unique and sincere artistry, seeking immediate action to address the use of Generative AI in the promotion of H1-KEY’s upcoming single “Unbelievable.”

Generative Artificial Intelligence is developed using stolen art, and is additionally detrimental to the environment. Using Artificial Intelligence to promote H1-KEY is in opposition to their identity as artists. H1-KEY are a group with a strong reputation as healing idols, and this damages their public image. As the agency, you promised to take care of H1-KEY in every way, and the use of Generative AI is antithetical to that promise.

We demand that CCL takes urgent action towards this:

- Delete the TikTok “OPERATION: UNBELIEVABLE” immediately.

- Clarify the use of AI in Unbelievable’s promotion going forward

- Refrain from the use of Generative AI in the future for anything regarding H1-KEY

We will continue to support Seoi's, Riina's, Hwiseo's and Yel's activities as H1-KEY.
