MARKETING EXECUTIVE – CRYPTO CASINO

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing crypto casino team! You’ll support the Head of Content & Marketing Operations and the Director of Acquisition in running day-to-day marketing, affiliate, and social operations.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes crypto, loves fast-moving projects, and can coordinate across teams to keep campaigns, content, and reports running smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Campaign Management

• Set up affiliate campaigns, commission plans, and tracking links.
  
• Keep affiliate dashboards accurate and up to date.
  
• Act as first-line support for affiliates and streamers (handling daily questions and requests).
  
• Manage affiliate and streamer communications via email, Telegram, X (Twitter), and other social platforms.
  

Content & Social Media Support

• Work with the Head of Content & Marketing Operations to open design tasks and brief creative needs.
  
• Schedule and publish posts across X (Twitter), Instagram, Telegram, and Discord.
  
• Monitor engagement, community feedback, and sentiment using Monday and other dashboards.
  
• Coordinate with community managers (Discord, BitcoinTalk, Reddit) to provide promotional assets.
  
• Support live events and promos with quick, reactive posts and updates.
  

Market & Competitor Analysis

• Review traffic sources and competitor activity using tools like SimilarWeb, GA, and other analytics platforms.
  

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe (due to timezone overlap).
  
• Able to work flexible hours – especially around events and campaign launches.
  
• Some experience in marketing, affiliate management, or social media (crypto / iGaming experience is a big plus).
  
• Strong understanding of major social platforms: X (Twitter), Instagram, Telegram, Discord.
  
• Excellent written and spoken English.
  
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  
• Familiar with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, or Monday.com.
  
• Proactive, creative, and motivated to grow within the crypto gaming space.
