Chest Rub
This is a fast easy recipe for a chest rub. While I am not one that likes to use petroleum products on the skin, petroleum jelly is readily available in all stores, making this chest rub fast and easy to make.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Petroleum Jelly
¼ tsp Lavender Essential Oil
¼ tsp Eucalyptus Essential Oil
⅛ tsp Camphor Essential Oil
⅛ tsp Wintergreen Essential Oil
15 drops Oregano Oil *
1 small 4 - 6 oz jar (clean empty face cream jars work well)
Note: Use ONLY Essential Oils. Fragrance oils are synthetic oils in an oil base .
* There have been studies done that show that Oregano Oil has anti-microbial,anti-fungal,anti-bacterial and anti-candida properties. I have used Oregano Oil for several years in many different ways with amazing results.
Place pertoleum jelly in jar, place the jar in a pan with a small amount of water and melt over medium heat. Stir in the essential oils and the Oil of Oregano. Allow to cool ..

Alternative:
If you prefer to NOT use petroleum jelly you can make your base as follows:
Use ¼ cup of any oil such as Olive, Apricot, Hemp, Avocado,Grapeseed, Sweet Almond or Sesame.
Heat the oil and stir in 1 ½ - 2 tsp of melted beeswax. add the essental oils and Oil of Oregano and allow to cool. Adding ⅛ tsp of Vitamin E oil will prolong shelf life.
