Honey Chipotle Vinaigrette

*Makes about 1-1/4 Cup
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 Cup honey
1/4 Cup red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. ground chipotle
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 Cup extra virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, combine all ingredients except the oil. Blend on low for 20 seconds. Add olive oil, a little at a time and blend until mixed well. Use immediately or chill for an hour or two to blend the flavors. Use as a salad dressing or grilling marinade.
