Pattonville High School is a proud institution, rich in traditions, academics and athletics. We hope that you choose to become involved in Pattonville High School activities. There are a wide variety of athletic and activity programs available to our students. We feel that the values of participation help the student in their primary objective, which is to obtain a quality education.

A PHS Athletic & Activities Participation Packet must be on file prior to a student being released to tryouts and/or first practice. You must submit the entire packet. If a student is chosen to participate on any sport team, cheerleading squad or drill team squad, two additional forms are required…Interscholastic Activities Code and Voluntary Drug Testing Program Card…and must be on file prior to participation in their first contest. The forms are available on the PHS Pirates website.
A physical exam is required by MSHSAA (Missouri State High School Activities Association) BEFORE a student can tryout or practice for any sport, cheerleading, drill team, marching band, color guard or winter guard. Physical exam must be administered on or after February 1, 2017 to be considered current for the 2017-18 school year.
Physical exams will be offered on July 13, 2017 from 6-8 pm in the pool lobby at PHS. Deadline to register is July 5. Please call the
