This Newsletter is especially dedicated to bread lovers living in towns around Dorchester.

Hi! My name is Carlos. I am an artisanal baker devoted to healthy high quality bread. This year 2016 I opened a modest bakeshop in Dorchester to serve you with my special bread.

Now let me introduce my five classical specialties:

Light Rye Sourdough

Leavened with naturally fermenting rye flour.

Contains ⅓ of dark rye flour and ⅔ of wheat white flour.

Aromatized with a pinch of Caraway Seeds.

Light and tasty.

Ingredients: Water; wheat white flour;  fermented dark rye flour; Salt; Caraway Seeds. Yeast.

Dark Rye Sourdough

Leavened with naturally fermenting rye flour.

Contains 50% dark rye flour and 50% wheat white flour.

Aromatized with Blackstrap Molasses.

Hearty and tasty.

Ingredients: Water; wheat white flour;  fermented dark rye flour; Salt; Blackstrap Molasses. Yeast.

100% Rye Sourdough

Leavened with naturally fermenting rye flour.

Contains 50% dark rye flour and 50% light rye flour.

This is a dense bread, typical of North Europe. It has no wheat flour at all. Intense taste. A thin slice lightly toasted, warm and with a little butter is a treat.

Weeto Bread:

This is a whole wheat bread (no rye).

Contains: 66% Whole Grain Wheat Flour; 33% wheat white flour.

Rich and soft. Tender crust.

Ingredients: Whole Grain Wheat Flour; Wheat White Flour; Water; Grapeseed Oil; Brown Sugar; Salt; Yeast.

Ideal for kids. Tender and nutritious. Very soft crust. Good for school lunch sandwiches.

German White:

An alternative for people who cannot take whole grain breads.

Contains no chemical additives of any kind.

Light and soft. Good for sandwiches.

Ingredients: Wheat White Flour; Light rye flour (a little to improve fermentation); Water; Grapeseed Oil; Brown Sugar; Salt; Yeast.
