Personal Conflicts

Identify a personal conflict or dilemma you are currently facing. What are the different sides of this conflict within you?

Behavioral Patterns

Reflect on a pattern in your behavior that you'd like to change. What feelings or fears might be maintaining this pattern?

Symbol Interpretation

Choose an object from your surroundings that catches your eye. What might this object symbolically represent in your life?

Future Self

Imagine yourself five years from now. What aspects of your current self do you hope to retain or lose?

Reflection on Change

Think about a recent change in your life. How did you feel about this change? What does that tell you about your resistance or acceptance to change?
