Dear Mr Lombos de Laszlo.

I was unable to be able to arrange to see you or speak with you, before I left England, and am now in Vienna for a few days, and leave tomorrow for Prague – On Monday 20th next, I go to Budapest for a few days.

I am hoping to arrange to play my violin in Budapest, both in concert, & on the Radio. in November next. –

If you are at home, would you be so charming as to write me the introductions you so very kindly offered me, when we dined with you and your wife.[1]

As I am not certain of my Budapest address yet, if you would write to me at the above address, my sister will forward to me immediately –. I was very sorry you were not able to do the head of me for Paris as you suggested. – I have just been visiting some mutual friend in Vienna – Frau von Kuh[2] in the Theresianumgasse who I have known since I was a student, – May I hope to be lucky to hear from you by Monday next?

Yours very sincerely

Daisy Kennedy Drinkwater
