The Dixie Seal Act

A Bill To:

Establish Seals that represent the State and each position on our government.

Whereas, The State of Dixie should have a ‘State Seal’ and positional seals that represent Dixie.

Whereas, the current seals currently used in the state are outdated.

Be it enacted by the Assembly of the State of Dixie.

Section 1: Bill Name

1. This act shall be referred to as “The Dixie Seal Act.”

Section 2: State Seal

1. The Official Seal of the State of Dixie shall hereby be officially displayed as this seal.

1. The Official Seal of State Dixie shall have an alternative version which shall hereby be officially displayed as this seal.
2. The Official Motto of the State shall be “Deo confidimus” which is latin for “In God We Trust”.

1. The State Motto shall be displayed on both the official and alternative State Seals.

2. The Official Seal of the Dixie Assembly shall hereby be officially displayed as this seal.
3. The Official Seal of the Dixie Governor shall hereby be officially displayed as this seal.
4. The Official Seal of the Dixie Lieutenant Governor shall hereby be officially displayed as this seal.
5. The Official Seal of the Dixie Attorney General shall hereby be officially displayed as this seal.
6. The Official Seal of the Dixie Supreme Court shall hereby be officially displayed as this seal.

Section 3 - Enactment

1. This act shall go into effect immediately after it is signed into law.
2. If any portion of this act is struck down, the rest of the act shall still be in effect.
