This agreement confirms your participation as a performing artist at Issa On The Event. Our goal is to provide a safe, organized, and professional environment where artists can network, perform, create content, and enjoy the experience.
Please read this agreement carefully before signing.
Your performance slot is officially reserved once payment has been received.
Because performance spots are limited, your payment secures your reserved performance. We ask that all artists register only if they are committed to attending.
Each Artist gets to obtain commission through each invite ticket, one ticket is valid per person, per artist. Each guest must be signed up on the guest list and have purchased their tickets prior to attending the event. If you do not have a ticket you are not eligible to attend the event + all artists making commission music presell tickets, at the door is considered general admission.
Artists will be making $6.00 profit from each guest who purchases a ticket through their name through this event.
Disclaimer: TOTAL AMOUNT OF GUESTS SHOULD BE CONFIRMED BEFORE PERFORMANCE DATE AND TIME.
All payments made toward this event are final and non-refundable.
Once your payment has been accepted and your performance slot has been reserved, we begin organizing the event around confirmed artists.
This event is designed to create a welcoming environment for artists of all experience levels.
We ask every artist to:
• Arrive on time.
• Be respectful toward staff, performers, guests, security, photographers, videographers, and the venue.
• Respect everyone’s performance time.
• Help maintain a positive atmosphere throughout the event.
• Keep conversations and interactions professional.
If you plan to bring guests, additional performers, photographers, videographers, or anyone participating with your performance, please notify Issa on the Events before the event whenever possible.
This allows us to properly prepare or let you know further information for attendance and ensure everyone has a comfortable experience.
Photos and videos will be taken throughout the event.
By participating, you understand that your image, performance, and likeness may appear in promotional content, highlight videos, social media posts, flyers, or future advertisements for future events.
Food and refreshments may be available during the event.
Please be respectful of shared spaces and clean up after yourself once you are finished.
Help us keep the venue welcoming for everyone attending.
Artists are responsible for all personal belongings brought into the venue.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Phones
• Wallets
• Keys
• Cash
• Recording equipment
• Clothing
• Merchandise
• Bags
event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Please keep your belongings with you at all times.
The safety of everyone attending is important.
We ask all artists and guests to:
• Respect personal space.
• Avoid disruptive behavior.
• Follow directions from event staff when necessary.
• Report any concerns immediately.
Anyone creating an unsafe, threatening, or disrespectful may be asked to leave the event without a refund.
PERFORMANCE CANCELLATION
If an artist is more than 15-20 minutes late via our extra time slot without prior communication, the event organizers reserve the right to adjust the performance schedule or remove the performance slot if necessary to keep the event running on time.
By signing below, I acknowledge that:
• I have read this agreement in full.
• I understand that my payment is non-refundable.
• I understand my performance slot is reserved specifically for me.
• I agree to follow the event guidelines.
• I understand content may be recorded during the event.
• I understand I am responsible for my own personal belongings.
• I agree to help create a respectful, welcoming environment for everyone attending.
