Sicilian proverb: attacca u sceccu uni voli u patruni (attacca lu sceccu uni voli lu patrunni = variant) "Tie the ass where the boss/master wants" (and let the wolves devour it = the second part). Meaning: obey, even if it doesn't make sense to you. Italian: lega l'asino dove vuole il padrone… You can see how attacca becomes 'tacca'. (sceccu is pronounced sheku; lu = standard Italian il, or l', and in some reasons of Sicily lu = "u". Masculine article. Also typical of many dialects is the doubling or tripping of consonants.
