Blackberry Cobbler Oatmeal

Prep Time: 3-5 minutes Cook Time: 5-8 minutes Serves: 1

Oatmeal:

¾ cup vanilla almond milk

¾ cup water

¾ cup old fashioned rolled oats

½ cup blackberries

1/8 teaspoon vanilla

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

dash nutmeg

½ tablespoon brown sugar or honey (or to taste)

Topping:

2-3 tablespoons vanilla Greek yogurt

2-3 tablespoons granola

Honey, as desired

Combine milk, water, oats, blackberries, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar in a medium sauce pan. Stir to combine and bring to a boil.

Lower heat to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and oats are tender. Serve immediately topped with yogurt, granola and additional honey if desired.
