CONTRACT INFORMATION

Contract Details

  • You must provide a PO number when requesting a temporary employee with a copy of the PO dispatched to Allied Health Group in a timely fashion.
  • Allied will pay the associates and invoice you for the hours approved on the timecard.
  • Hourly rates are determined by the skill sets and requirements for each assignment.
  • Allied will conduct all the necessary background checks and drug testing as specifically required by your department.
  • Allied will provide training as requested by the University. Departments should specify the types of training required for the assignment. This training can include:
  • HIPAA
  • OSHA
  • Blood Borne Pathogen Awareness
  • Human Subjects Protections Training
  • Fraud, Waste and Abuse Training
  • Hazardous Shipping Training
  • Infection Control Training
  • Holidays will be charged at time and one-half. Holidays are: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve (3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.) and New Year’s Eve (3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.)
  • Overtime, as defined by state law, will also be billed at time and one-half.
  • For jobs not listed below, markup will be between 50-65% depending upon the job classification.
