1. Cancel my quote/order request
If you need to cancel an order or a quote request, ensure that its status is still 'Pending' or earlier. If the status meets this condition, hover over the 'Actions' button in the top left corner of the page, then click on 'Cancel.' This will effectively stop the order or quote request from progressing further. The status will then change to 'Canceled,' which will be visible in the top left corner next to the supplier's name.
If you want to view your previously canceled quotes or purchase orders, go to the 'Purchase Orders' or 'Quote Request' page. Use the 'States' filter and select only the 'Canceled' option to see a list of all your canceled quotes and purchase orders.
