2. Application overview

Start by selecting Meeting Assistant (SF1) from the app menu:


3. Creating a meeting

You can create a meeting with Meeting Assistant directly from an event in your Salesforce calendar.

3.1 Create a new event

  1. Go to Events & click New. 
  2. Fill in details of your event.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Meeting Assistant creates a meeting for you. Open Meeting Assistant from the menu.

Meeting Assistant will show you your meetings: Meetings where you are the owner or you have been named as attendee or meeting resource.

4. Start your meeting!

You will go to meeting view by selecting a meeting from the list in Meeting Assistant Home tab.

Once you start your meeting, you will enter the meeting flow which consists of three parts: 1. Preparation -> 2. Meeting -> 3. Report

You can edit sharing of the completed Meeting object to Salesforce users with Sharing - User List -button.
