The El Modena High School PTSA will be awarding three (3) scholarships to Seniors valued at $500 each. Please see rules of Scholarship (below) before submitting. Applications will be accepted from March 16 – April 17. Please complete all sections.

RULES of 2026 ELMO PTSA SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP

You must be a Senior student at El Modena High School verifiable by the El Modena Office. You must have enrolled and started at El Modena High School as a Senior as of January 12, 2026.
You must be a member of PTSA at the time of PTSA Scholarship selection (by April 18th, 2026). All information submitted on the Application must be truthful and accurate.
The Application must be fully filled out and include submission of at least one (1) reference.
The PTSA Executive Board will collect submissions and send them to a Selection Committee for review of applications and award of scholarships

Awards will be based on Application information including Education and Career Aspirations, School and Community Services, and References. El Modena enrollment and PTSA membership are mandatory as stated above.

You may add lines to each Category on the application.
Applications will be accepted starting March 16th, 2026 and will end on April 17th (11:59pm).
PTSA reserves the right to award less than 3 scholarships based on a) lack of applications, b) lack of applications based on compliancy (ie. not an ELMO student and/or PTSA member), c) lack of applications based on incomplete application information, or d) lack of applications due to very low ratings.
Winners will be awarded a check for $500 by end of the ELMO HS school year.
PTSA Executive Board may override selections/award if it finds evidence of any favoritism, etc.
