Class schedule is subject to change.  All Pilates Reformer/Apparatus classes last 45 minutes; Express classes last 30 min and many find a great workout taking classes back-to-back.  Please see the online schedule for descriptions and to reserve your spot.  All Pilates Reformer/Apparatus classes require 1-2 Private lessons first.
