Class schedule is subject to change.  Classes last 45 minutes (except Jumpboard = 30 min). Please see the class schedule online for descriptions or to reserve your spot.  All Pilates Apparatus classes (Moxie Pilates Mix, Moxie Pilates Introduction) require 1-2 Private lessons first. There are no prerequisites for attending Mat or POUND. Please pre-register for all classes by using our new scheduling system.
