We are updating the way that licenses are assigned within Katapult Pro.
What's changing?
You will now see a Licensed toggle on katapultpro.com/admin which indicates whether or not that user counts towards your company’s overall license count. This will need to be turned on before enabling Write access for that user. If you disable a user’s Licensed toggle, it will disable their Write access as well.
What do I need to do?
You may have experienced a temporary interruption in assigning write access for users but all functionality is now restored. All users who previously had Write access will maintain the same permissions. If you are looking to assign new Write access, you will first need to turn on the Licensed toggle for that user.
Read permission does not require the Licensed toggle to be enabled.
