My Response

Hey, it has been a long week of talking about all of this. I really hope this will be the last time I have to mention this. But seeing as even after I had cut ties with Bloxzrd, she had been banned and her Roblox account deleted, you all keep going after me. I wanted to try and actually paint a picture of what happened.

To cut it short. No, I did not know Bloxzrd was making NSFW images of her avatar. She lied to me and Rico, and we had been believing up until now that stalkers who wanted to defame her were making these.

No, I did not know about the condo scripts in her game. I had access to the admin panel, but they must have required special permissions so I couldn’t see them. I also have no understanding of programming so never knew what to look for.

I was shown the evidence but I blindly defended my girlfriend and I apologize, I had been under the impression that she was a victim if anything. I should have known better and I didn’t, I was a firm believer in “innocent until proven guilty” and to me the evidence was lacking.

Bloxzrd is gone, her account is not coming back. None of this to my knowledge involved my game “The Pop Club” but to be safe I completely removed her admin panel from my game. She is banned from my server, and from Rico’s. We have cut all ties from her. We have no involvement

I want to walk through the whole story and then break down the screenshots and allegations against me. I won’t focus on her because it is not my story to tell. I will no longer defend her, I was wrong

Going all the way back to the beginning a few years ago, I met bloxzrd through the NSFW images I saw on Rule34…

before you ask, they were on the front page. Yes, I do have a pornography addiction. I am willing to admit that though I try to keep it private and away from people. I won’t hide it because I know they know about my account on Rule34

I did not know anything about her or that this was her actual character, it was only when I decided to reach out to her that I realized she was 17. I stopped engaging in this material immediately and even attempted to wipe the images off Rule34. She had told me she was a victim and that she didn’t know who was making these images but it wasn’t her

For the next few months I kept tirelessly fighting to have these images and videos banned, however it seemed to be no use. One day they disappeared, I thought perhaps I did it. But rather  she deleted them herself and gave me the credit.

A bit after this I went to jail for an unrelated misdemeanor and was forced out of my family’s home at the time. I was in jail for 2 months, then 5 months in a homeless shelter in which I had very limited cell phone access.

I won’t go far into that because the only thing that matters is I missed a lot of details, people involved and anything like that.

We started dating when she turned 18 after I had left the homeless shelter, she asked to date me, I did not ask to date her.

When I get to a comfortable living situation I finally start working on my game again. This is where Rico comes in, he joined my discord and posted images of a party he had with his viewers. I saw he even put my game in one of his videos, I was overjoyed.

I decided to join his server to get feedback about the game, to see what he and his fans wanted to be added. To my horror I had found a rumor was spreading that my game was a condo, I had become a sort of “diddy party” joke.

I decided to message Rico and see if I could get this cleared up, as both my rep and the rep of my girlfriend were on the line it seemed. This is when we both talk with the accuser (or rather a messenger of the accuser) in the group chat which these screenshots come from

The whole conversation spanned 2 days. It was not short and the screencaps were largely taken out of context. However, as unbelievable as this may sound me and rico both left the chat after cleaning out our DMs and friends lists

I’m not going to go play by play of what the group chat was about but essentially, the messenger of the accuser, an ex-friend of Bloxzrd, was concerned about 3 things.

1. The NSFW images

2. The alleged condo inside of her game

3. A friend of hers who was a minor, and was very obsessed with her branding/character

They wanted her removed from The Pop Club, removed from Rico’s server, and for her to cut contact with said minor. As well as generally trying to clean up our online presence. All of which we did and for the time being, the messenger and accuser were satisfied and we agreed to keep all of this private.

Overall however we didn’t really think she did anything wrong, they didn’t have a lot of evidence to 100% prove she did anything, the evidence they did have had a lot of quirks to it that made it seem questionable. We walked away from the conversation feeling like it was indecisive and no harm was done.

Rico kept me and Bloxzrd around as “business partners”, Rico helped me by promoting my games and videos, and I helped him by working on his animation project, video ideas, and later helping him with his termination and twitch career. Bloxzrd was merely my associate and was kept around as such.

It wasn’t until Bloxzrd, for whatever reason, decided to apply for moderator in Rico’s server that everything exploded. As for why Rico hired her as a moderator I quote “she had experience moderating and her timezone made it so she would be moderating at different hours of the day, which meant she would be valuable to maintaining the server” as well as her answering the questions on the application correctly.

This is when the accuser seemed to have leaked a few screenshots of the convo onto Ruben Sim’s discord server. The worst kind of people to have involved in anything of this nature. Immediately rumors start flying, I am getting pinged left and right and twitter threads are being made about me and her

I’m going to go over the screenshots provided and explain what they mean

To start us off we have this one, which is being used to claim I knew about the NSFW images. I made this tag on Rule34 after she publicly decided to start making 2D suggestive images and SFW renders on Roblox studio. Anything before this I did not know about.

This screenshot was taken out of context, in that group chat Rico was trying to say that evidence had been submitted pointing to bloxzrd may consume roblox porn but not much more than that. It DOES NOT mean he knew she was making it.

To explain this screenshot,  it once again re-iterates that I saw the NSFW images when she was 17 at the time. Once again I didn’t know and once I realized I stopped engaging with this material.

This screenshot goes with the one from Rico where I confirm that at least with me, she has been open about her consumption of pornography/sexual material. I worded it poorly.

This is all that involves me, for the most part I have no involvement in any of this. It was my mistake for deciding to defend my girlfriend, and fighting so heavily. I felt it was my responsibility as her partner but I’ve learned that sometimes defending people only makes things worse.

Regarding legal threats, they have all been called off. Largely I just wanted to try and ward off the people harassing me and sending me death threats, it did not and only made me look immature and like I had something to hide. I apologize

The point of this document is to get the story straight, and make it clear that me and que_rico are not involved nor did we “know” about any of this. We just had poor judgment and made a bad call, and we’re both sorry we never meant to bring this all out.

I want to put an end to this, to the harassment and to the drama. The only way to do that is if there is nothing to hide, so I am being transparent about everything I can.

Please just leave me alone, let me process all of this because I was also lied to.

Rico may or may not talk about this, I don’t know. I hope he won’t need to. I have no idea if me and Rico are going to continue to collaborate, and as of now I have been kicked from all projects involving him.
