Click the Manage icon in the main toolbar.

Select the Score Editor tab if not already selected.

Click Open List to open the Search Menu.

From the Test Suite drop down select Fountas and Pinnell.

From the Focus Test drop down select Fountas and Pinnell Reading.

From the Window drop down select the appropriate testing window

From the School Year select the appropriate school year.

Click the Validate button to continue.

If you receive this message, press Yes to continue.

Search for students to enter assessment results.  Search by Grade or by Course.  You only need to search using one option.

To search by Grade, select the School and Grade.   Then, press Search.

To search by Course, select the User (teacher) and Course.  Any homeroom will work for an elementary class. Then, press Search.

For each student, enter the

• Fountas and Pinnell Reading score
• Accuracy
• Comprehension
• Fluency

All four fields are required.

Press the Save button to save your changes.
