As you know, the Olympic Games have started over in Rio.  We will use this great festival of sport for our prompt this week.

Crowds were cheering our name like roaring waves crashing down upon us. I ran as fast as I could as soon as I could see the finish line, I sprinted as faster than usual, but I sprinted too fast and lost my footing and tripped and lost to another athlete “Well better than getting bronze.”
