I acknowledge that my registration for Rainbow Dodgeball is for a social, recreational sport.

I acknowledge that this is an ongoing recreational sporting event specifically intended for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and that its objective is for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals to have fun playing dodgeball.

I agree to make my best effort to keep a positive attitude, be friendly and courteous to other players, and to help out where I’m needed.

I agree to abide by government and league health guidelines, which are subject to change over time.

I acknowledge that I personally accept any risk of injury. I release and discharge Halifax Rainbow Dodgeball, its players, its organizers, and anyone related to its organization from any liabilities, actions, claims, and demands for damages, interest, costs, loss, or personal injuries.

I acknowledge and agree to abide by the Halifax Rainbow Dodgeball player code of conduct and understand the Halifax Rainbow Dodgeball complaint process.

I acknowledge I have read the above and understand the nature and effect of this waiver.
