Cheesy Sausage Wonton Cups

Yield: 36 cups

Ingredients:

36 Wonton wrappers (small)

8 oz Ground Sausage

1 tsp Paprika

1 cup Cheddar Cheese

1 cup Mozzarella Cheese

8 oz Ranch Dressing

Salt

Pepper

As needed Oil

To make the Dressing:

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

1/4 cup Milk

1 tbsp Ranch flavoring

Preparation:

Gather all ingredients and equipment.

Measure out all ingredients.

Place wonton wrappers in non-stick mini muffin pan, forming cups.

Coat inside of wontons evenly with oil.

Par-bake wontons (at 350 degrees) for 5 minutes or until tips of wontons start to turn brown. Remove from oven and let cool.

In small sauce pan, brown sausage.  Add paprika along with salt and pepper to taste.

In medium bowl combine ingredients for Ranch dressing with cheeses.

Add cooked sausage to cheese mixture and combine.

After combined using a small spoon, add small amount of mixture to each wonton cup.  Any remaining mixture can be added to cups that have less.

Bake in oven until cheese melts and cups turn golden brown.

Remove from oven and let cool before eating.
