This Springhouse Digital, LLC Policy (hereinafter “Privacy Policy”) describes the practices that Springhouse Digital, LLC (referred to hereinafter as “Springhouse Digital” or “we”), an Alabama limited liability company, follows with regard to the collection, use, maintenance and disclosure of information collected through:

  1. The services provided by the website located at www.committeelink.com, and
  2. The services accessible via www.committeelink.com’s website application and the CommitteeLink iOS application.  Such services will referred to as the “Services.”

With respect to the language used in this Privacy Policy:

  1. You” refers to individual users of www.committeelink.com as well as the applications associated with www.committeelink.com and to any organizations using www.committeelink.com’s services.
  2. Authorized Users” refers to users who have been elected by an Account Holder to access information and documents through use of www.committeelink.com’s applications.
  3. Administrator” refers to individuals who have been given both a username and password allowing access to the services offered by www.committeelink.com on behalf of the Account Holder.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to information www.committeelink.com collects through the Services it provides, and does not apply to any other website or service of Springhouse Digital, LLC.  By using www.committeelink.com’s Services, you consent to the collection, use, maintenance and disclosure of this information by www.committeelink.com as set forth below.

Springhouse Digital, LLC reserves the right to revise this policy at any time.  If and when revised, Springhouse will give adequate notice of any changes on www.committeelink.com and by revising the “effective date” section of this Privacy Policy.


  1. Account Holder” means any individual or organization that subscribes to CommitteeLink’s Services.
  2. Authorized User” refers to a particular user of the CommitteeLink services who is authorized by an Account Holder to access and use the CommitteeLink services.
  3. Administrator” refers to an individual who has been chosen to administer the Account Holder’s account to use the CommitteeLink service on behalf of any Account Holder.


Springhouse Digital collects “personally identifiable information” as well as “device information.”

“Personally identifiable information” is information that tells Springhouse Digital who you are, such as your name and email address.  “Device information” is information collected from your computer or mobile device whenever you visit www.committeelink.com or use our Services, including your IP address and technical data and related information regarding your device.


Personally identifiable information is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person or to identify an individual in context.

We may collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, home/business address, and phone number when you register and/or use CommitteeLink’s Services.

You can choose not to provide personally identifiable information to www.committeelink.com; however, should you do not provide such information, your ability to use www.committeelink.com may be limited.


We may collect “device information” anytime you download or use the applications associated with the services provided by www.committeelink.com. We may collect device information such as your device’s IP address, device and browser type, operating system version, and information about the websites you visited and your activities using the iOS application and/or Web application.  We may also collect and use data, including, but not limited to, technical information about your mobile device, system and application software, and peripherals.

www.committeelink.com and its associated applications use cookies to provide information about the activities of the users of the Services.  Such information includes pages and content viewed, time and duration of visits, search terms entered into a search query, and whether a user clicked on an advertisement.  Cookies cannot be used to access any personally identifiable information from your computer.  If you would prefer not to accept cookies, please modify the settings on your web browser.  If you have disabled cookies on your web browser, you will be unable to view and/or access some portions of the services available on www.committeelink.com.


We will not sell or provide your personally identifiable information to any third party for direct marketing services or the advertising or marketing of third party provided goods or services.  Also, with respect to personally identifiable information provided by an Administrator about Authorized Users, we will make adequate efforts to limit access to such information to personnel of Springhouse Digital who need to know such information for purposes of providing Services.  Springhouse Digital uses personally identifiable information solely for the purpose for which it is provided and for the other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We may use personally identifiable information to respond to emails, to send notifications, to provide customer support, to establish your account, and to communicate with you about the Services.

We may provide personally identifiable information to third parties who provide services to use and who agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  Those third parties may provide a variety of services to us, including hosting the Services, providing technical support, processing and storing your information, updating your customer information records in our database, and sending or coordinating the sending of marketing communications on our behalf.

If you are an Authorized User, your personally identifiable information may be shared with the Account Holder, Administrator(s), other Authorized Users associated with the account and others as designated by Administrator(s) and Account Holder, and your device information may be shared with the Account Holder and Administrator(s), and others as designated by Administrator(s) and Account Holder.

We may disclose personally identified information to affiliated companies that either are subject to this Privacy Policy or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy.

We may use device information to help run and maintain Services, customize visitor’s experience, study traffic patterns, and learn about the usage of www.committeelink.com and its associated applications.  We may also use device information to determine when software updates are needed and to improve products and user experience.

www.committeelink.com may disclose device information collected from your computer or mobile device when you visit or use www.committeelink.com to our affiliates and third parties, including advertisers.

www.committeelink.com may use and disclose personally identifiable information and device information when we have reason to believe that using and/or disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may have breached www.committeelink.com’s Terms of Service, End User License Agreement or who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property, other uses of our Services, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities.  www.committeelink.com may also disclose device information and/or personally identifiable information to comply with any court order or request of a governmental agency and when www.committeelink.com reasonably believes the law requires it.

www.committeelink.com will only retain personally identifiable information for as long as necessary to fulfill the identified purposes or any legal purposes.


Administrators can change their password, the passwords for Authorized Users, and other personal preferences used to access the Services by accessing their administrative page on www.committeelink.com or the web/iOS application.

Springhouse Digital, LLC uses reasonable efforts to comply with the terms of our Security policy.  However, information transmitted on the Internet and/or stored on systems attached to the Internet such as ours is not 100% secure.  As a result, we do not ensure, warrant or guarantee the security or integrity of such information.  We will not be responsible for disclosure of any information due to errors in transmission or the unauthorized acts of third parties.


While you are using www.committeelink.com’s Services, you may be linked or directed to third party websites outside of the Services that are beyond our control.  Each of these third party sites may have a privacy policy different from ours.  Please review the privacy policies of these sites.  We are not responsible for any actions or policies of such third parties.
