Basic party: Up to 10 guests, half face designs/ masks: $80. Additional guests are $8 each.

Deluxe party: Up to 10 guests, full face designs, with glitter and bling included: $120. Additional guests are $10 each.

Hourly: $80 per hour with a two hour minimum.

Day rate: $600: 8 hours, for the price of 7.5

Glitter tattoo party: Glitter tattoos are waterproof and last up to five days, which make them perfect for pool parties. Fancy Faces by Diane uses skin-safe adhesive and cosmetic grade glitter. As an add-on to a party package, up to 10 tattoos: $80. As a stand-alone party: up to 15 tattoos: $120.

Mileage fee: $1 per mile for areas beyond 10 miles from Millington, TN. For areas 100 miles or more from Millington, a $120 fee would also be added to pay for hotel room.

Payment Terms: Reservation Fee must be paid for event to be confirmed.  Another event may be scheduled for your time and date if reservation fee is not received.

Private Parties: Reservation fee of 50% is due within five days of submitting service agreement.  The balance is due the day of the event, before services are rendered ~ Cash only, please.

Commercial and Non-Profit Events: Reservation fee of $100.00 is due within five days of submitting service agreement.  The balance is payable upon completion of the event.

Overtime: In order to give each face and design the attention it deserves, Artist paints 12-15 faces per hour. Please schedule Fancy Faces by Diane accordingly. If the event goes longer than planned, and the artist is available to remain, the charge will be $40 per half hour.

Returned Checks: There will be $30 fee for returned checks, plus the amount of the check.

Cancellations: Should you need to reschedule your event, please do so at least 7 days prior and we will make every effort to meet your needs. Cancellation less than ten days before the event forfeits the reservation fee. Should Artist get sick, every effort will be made to find a replacement Artist, but if we are not successful the reservation fee will be refunded.

Set-up: For indoor events, a four to six foot table with adequate lighting is required. We provide a chair and all other supplies. If a water source is not available, please let us know, and we will provide our own water.

For outdoor events, the same requirements for indoor events must be met, as well as electricity and shade.

Parking: The Client will reimburse Artist for any parking fees.

Artwork Limitations: Artist will not paint on any part of the body that is not legal to expose, or any place she does not feel comfortable painting. Artist will not paint any design or wording that is obscene, offensive, violent or defies good taste. The theme and art desired will be established before the artist arrives at event.

Weather: For the comfort of your guests and our artists, the Client agrees to provide an area with protection from extreme temperatures, sun, rain, snow and excessive wind. Client is responsible to provide an alternate indoor location in the event of inclement weather. The client agrees to pay the full amount contracted once the painter has arrived at the event location, even if it is raining.

Extreme Adverse Working Conditions: Artist has the right to cease painting and leave without refunding any monies if there are extreme adverse working conditions and the Client fails to remedy the situation after it has been brought to the Client’s attention. Adverse conditions included but not limited to: destructive, violent, or extreme inappropriate behavior of a child, pet or adult; illegal activities; or otherwise dangerous weather conditions such as extreme heat/cold or lightning.

Liability Statement: While we use only FDA compliant, cosmetic-grade make-up, Artist is not liable for allergic reactions. Children with skin allergies or sensitive skin should either not participate, or have Artist perform a patch test at the beginning of the party. For safety reasons, Artist will require children under 2 years old to be held by parent or guardian. For sanitary reasons, Artist will not paint anyone who is or appears to be sick or suffering from: cold sores, conjunctivitis, lice, any infectious skin condition, eczema, or open wounds. Artist will use reasonable care, but is not responsible for damage to clothing or property. The Client agrees to pay for any accidents or injuries caused by pets or guests, and/ or any damage to Artist’s equipment or supplies caused by pets or guests. Artist will not supervise children. Their behavior and safety is the Client’s and/or Parents’ responsibility.
