EMS Desktop Client Installation Instructions

1.    Download and save the EMS Client Installer on your Desktop.

2.    Double click the EMS Client Installer (EMSClient.exe).

3.    The EMS installer will automatically begin to download the required files and install.

If you experience an error at any point scroll down to the bottom of the document under the “Notes” section.

4.    Once the installer finishes, the EMS Client will start.

5.    When prompted type in your email address  and password.

6.    Once logged in, you’ll see the EMS Desktop Client (your screen may vary slightly).

Notes: If you receive an error before the login screen appears (VPN is required for off-campus use), then download this file, save it to your computer, and double-click the file to begin updating your computer.

Accept all the defaults during the install (a reboot may be required).

After the install is complete, you should be able to run the EMS Desktop Client by double clicking the EMS shortcut on your desktop.
