What can I expect from "AirOtic Soirée"?
Welcome to the spellbinding show presented by AirOtic Soirée! A modern and sensual circus-cabaret burlesque awaits you. For your safety and that of our performers, please clear the aisles and do not cross in front of the stage during the show. Be aware that there will be smoke, paint, water, confetti and stroboscopic effects! Feel free to capture the magic of the show by taking photos and videos, sharing them on all social networking platforms using the AirOtic hashtag, and tagging us at @airoticshow.
Don't forget to silence all cell phones, and the use of flash is strictly forbidden! This evening is an immersive experience, and if you see something you like, we want to know about it! We encourage you to applaud, exclaim and squeal with delight! Prepare to embark on a journey beyond your wildest dreams, where the mundane gives way to the magical and the ordinary is transformed into the extraordinary. Enter a world where the melodies of mermaids enchant the soul, pirates reign supreme on the seas of desire, and fairies weave their spellbinding magic into the very fabric of reality. Where does the experience take place?
The experiment takes place at Rue Blaes 208, 1000 Brussels, Belgium
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
The show will be held indoors, with assigned seating.
Will food and beverages be available for purchase on site?
Drinks will be available for purchase on site.
How long does the experience last?
Doors open at 7 p.m., pre-show at 7:30 p.m., show at 8 p.m.
Is the experience accessible to the deaf and hearing-impaired?
Yes, the show is primarily a visual experience.
What accessibility options do we have for people with disabilities?

Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them by tagging our social networks! Flash photography is STRICTLY prohibited for safety reasons. (When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other guests).
Are chairs available? Can I sit down during the experience/exhibition?

Will there be toilets available on site?

Is there a lost and found department?
We recommend that you ask the staff if they have found your belongings.
Is there a changing room available?

ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
The time indicated when you select your tickets is the opening time, i.e. the time at which you will be admitted to the event .
To get the most out of the experience, we recommend arriving on time, taking advantage of the cocktail hour and pre-show pop-ups, allowing you to refresh, socialize and settle in comfortably for the main show!
What happens if I arrive late?
Entry will still be permitted.
Are assistance dogs allowed?
Yes.
Is there an age limit?
18+ with valid ID.
Is parking available?
Pay parking is available on the street, but is extremely limited. Due to the large number of visitors, we strongly recommend that you use car-sharing services or arrive early, as parking fills up quickly.
TICKETS
Can I buy a ticket for the event on site?
Yes; however, this event tends to sell out quickly! We recommend buying in advance to guarantee your ticket, as tickets at the door are sold on a "first come, first served" basis with no guarantee of availability.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. In this case, please contact us directly with your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. Tickets and seats are purchased for specific show dates and are not interchangeable. If you do not attend the specified show date and time, you will not receive a refund and will not be able to use this ticket for another show date. For further information, please consult our General Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever application.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as simple as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us for further assistance. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/ downgrade my ticket?
We can help you reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that is still available. Please contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Do you offer tickets for accompanying carers?
Unfortunately not at the moment.
Who are the official vendors for this experiment?
Official AirOtic Soirée tickets can only be purchased through Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please contact us with your preferred date of participation and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever application, in the “Tickets” section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Don't forget to log in using the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
What is the Splash Zone?
Seats surrounding the main stage, including but not limited to the Super VIP, are considered part of the Splash Zone for the "AirOtic Soirée" immersive experience. These seats may be slightly splashed during the show.
