Esteemed Master,

I still have no message from [illegible words] as to whether the [illegible] is being made? And when will it be ready? I want this very much and we are not getting anywhere. This is a very tiresome matter. [illegible words] is a nice man and he talks a lot but I have never seen business done like this. I know [illegible words] houses in Paris and Vienna but there everything is ready on time. They take the thing seriously, as they couldn’t otherwise [illegible words]. I find this sort of negligence very tiresome.
