Hills Password Reset

Looking for instructions for logging into and using hills? Refer to the Reference: Logging Into and Using Hills page.

Background

In the Computer Science Department at CCSF, we often use a computer cluster called "hills." In many classes, it is essential that you are able to log into hills.

Step 1 - ramid.ccsf.edu

To reset your hills password, first, go to ramid.ccsf.edu and click on "myRAM Portal."

Step 2 - myRAM Portal

Once you're on the myRAM Portal page, click on "Student Portal."

Step 3 - Student Portal

Once you're on your Student Portal page, click the link that says "myProfile."

Step 4 - Student Profile

Once you're on your Student Profile page, click the link in the left navigation bar that says "Hills.ccsf.edu password reset."

Step 5 - Hills Password Reset Page

Finally, click the "Reset" button at the bottom of the "Password Reset for Hills Server" page. Please review the information on this page before resetting! In particular, note that you should wait up to 24 hours after your course begins or after you enroll (whichever is later) before trying to reset your hills password.
