Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Yield: 3 cups

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups oil (olive if possible)

¾ cup balsamic vinegar

¾ cup maple syrup

1 Tbsp. dijon mustard

1 tsp. salt and pepper

Directions:

1. Mix together all ingredients, pour over salad.

2. Be sure to shake up the dressing before you pour.
