What are the different ticket types?
Premium (Best Visibility)
Zone A (Excellent Visibility)
Zone B (Good Visibility)

Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket.
Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.

Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Ticket changes
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

How do I get to the venue?
If you are travelling by car - Follow the brown signs in the city and county for Derby Silk Mill. Offsite parking is available nearby at the Assembly Rooms, Bold Lane and Chapel Street car parks and parking cards can be validated at the Museum of Making to give a discounted rate of £2.70 for a day. There are 4 accessible parking bays on Silk Mill Lane which are for use by Blue Badge holders only.
If you are travelling by bus - There are frequent and regular bus services into the Derby city centre, operated by Trent Barton and Arriva. Derby bus station is a 10 minute walk away along the River Derwent directly to the Museum of Making.
If you are travelling by bike - The Museum of Making is on cycle routes 6, 54 and 68, part of the Derby City Cycle Map. There is outdoor bicycle parking available.
Is there food or drinks served?
The bar will be open, which stocks a variety of alcoholic and soft drinks, stocking bar favourites and local produce.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for assistance animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is fully accessible. The event space is on the ground floor. For any more information please follow the link.
Is there parking available?
There is a very limited amount of accessible bays at the front of the building. There are also public car parks nearby including Sowter Road and The Assembly Rooms.
