Accepted Payment Methods

Direct Deposit:

Your rental payment will be automatically withdrawn from your account on the first of every month.

To set-up an automatic deposit you will need one of the following pieces of documentation from your bank:

1. Void cheque
2. Or any official document from your bank with your account number, institution number, transit number and institution address.

Post-dated Cheques:

You will need to provide 12 cheques, signed and post-dated for the first of every month made out to MATHEW MURPHY.

Fees:

If your cheque or your direct deposit does not clear, there is an additional $45 charge.
