Quick tips about the capabilities of Chromebooks:
There is a File Manager (the magnifying glass icon in the shelf launches it) and has the following features:
- A built-in PDF viewer
- A built-in Image viewer
- View, read, and launch files on USB keys and SD cards
- Has a Downloads Folder
- Add Services feature that allows Chrome to connect to network shares or cloud storage systems
The Chromebook is capable of connecting to an external monitor or TV via the HDMI port
The Chromebook will run files offline (Check the Chrome Web Store for a list)
