Day 15

Chicken zoodle soup (I use the recipe from this book and add organic spinach or baby kale for extra veggies!) + black coffee

Taco salad: grassfed beef + onions and bell peppers sauteed in ghee or olive oil + organic cherry tomatoes + cucumbers + organic greens + homemade guacamole + Tessame’s Zesty Ranch

Cracklin chicken (I use a mix of bone-in breasts and thighs) + roasted sweet potatoes & onion (drizzle in olive oil, season with s&p and garlic) + roasted asparagus

Day 16

Cracklin chicken (I use a mix of bone-in breasts & thighs) + roasted brussel sprouts/red onion/acorn squash (slice, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with s&p and garlic. roast on 400 for 15-25 minutes or until tender)

Cracklin chicken + mixed green salad + half an apple with almond & coconut butter

Cauliflower pork fried rice (from this book, substitute frozen broccoli for peas)

Day 18

Egg scramble w/ baby kale/green onions/zucchini + chicken sausage + black coffee

Day 19

Egg scramble w/ veggies + sausage +/- coconut cream with ½ a banana

Ultimate burgers + sweet potato fries + tomato/cucumber salad tossed in olive oil, white wine vinegar and seasoned with s&p and dill

Day 20

Spinach, tomato and red onion omelette + local bacon + black coffee

Leftover burgers + half an avocado + kalamata olives + mixed green salad

Chicken pot pie (use olive oil, not grapeseed oil and green beans, not peas) + mixed green salad OR roasted broccoli

Day 21

Left-over sausages + spinach/tomato/onion/shredded sweet potato sauteed in coconut oil + black coffee

Big salad with leftover spinach topped with zucchini & carrots sauteed in gee + grilled chicken + avocado + dijon vinaigrette + whatever you have on hand!

Chicken pot pie (use olive oil, not grapeseed oil and green beans, not peas) + mixed green salad OR roasted broccoli

Snack Ideas for the week:

Raw vegetables (carrots, celery, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, bell pepper slices) + paleo mayo or almond butter/coconut butter mix

Hard boiled egg(s) with paleo mayonnaise or ranch dressing + avocado

Roasted broccoli, cauliflower and/or acorn squash, drizzled with olive oil & seasoned with s&p

Homemade raw trail mix: pistachios, almonds, pecans, raisins, unsweetened shredded coconut
